Blake Gaither started his career with Everett & Associates in March of 2013. He spent his first two years in Arkansas and is now a Regional Agency Director for Everett & Associates in Dallas, TX.
Prior to joining Everett & Associates, he was a student athlete at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. After
graduating, Blake spent a year coaching and mentoring other collegiate student athletes.
He joined Everett & Associates for the opportunity to help business owners provide valuable benefits to their employees. Blake enjoys mentoring new leaders by providing systematic training. He is married to his wife, Chelsea, and they enjoy going on trips together.

Jametra Peters began her career with Everett & Associates in Little Rock, AR in 2016 as a benefits representative. In 2017, she was awarded #1 agent in closed cases. She was promoted to Supervising agent in 2018 and was named the agency’s #1 Supervising Agent that same year. The following year in 2019 she was promoted to Agency Director. Shortly after in 2020, she moved her family to Texarkana and is currently building a team for the Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana area.
Jametra is a Fort Stockton,Texas native and is a huge advocate for women in business. When she is not protecting families, Jametra enjoys having a good time with friends and families. She is passionate about sharing the career opportunity that was given to her and hopes to continue to help others create their own destiny.
