Shawna DeNarvaez is the Regional Agency Director for Everett & Associates in NWA. She joined the company in 2013 with a mission to develop agents and leaders in the worksite benefits market.
Before joining the company, she was a proven leader of driving results in the retail industry on the east coast which brought her back home to NWA. She and her husband, Enrique, along with their five children enjoy traveling, outdoor activities and being involved in their community.

Missy is one of our Agency Directors with Everett & Associates located in Conway, AR. She has been with the company for 13 years. She is passionate about helping others grow and develop their financial dreams.
She specializes in helping individuals protect the ones they care and love the most which are their families. Missy loves spending time her 3 grandkids, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family! I’m blessed to be married to my best friend, Brent and we have two beautiful girls, Laikyn and Kinley! I also love riding my horses and competing in rodeo’s and barrel races.

Jolene Rogers has her B.S in Psychology and M.S in Human Resources with 8 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field. She joined Everett & Associates in January of 2019 and is now an Agency Director in Northwest Arkansas.
Jolene enjoys traveling, seeing new places, spending time with her family and remodeling homes. She is passionate about the opportunity to grow and develop leaders, meet new people and be involved in the community.
