Blake Gaither started his career with Everett & Associates in March of 2013. He spent his first two years in Arkansas and is now a Regional Agency Director for Everett & Associates in Dallas, TX.
Prior to joining Everett & Associates, he was a student athlete at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. After
graduating, Blake spent a year coaching and mentoring other collegiate student athletes.
He joined Everett & Associates for the opportunity to help business owners provide valuable benefits to their employees. Blake enjoys mentoring new leaders by providing systematic training. He is married to his wife, Chelsea, and they enjoy going on trips together.

Prior to joining Everett & Associates, Heath was a vocational pastor and professor. The choice to change careers was based on the opportunity to help more people by providing benefits for employees.
