Blake Gaither started his career with Everett & Associates in March of 2013. He spent his first two years in Arkansas and is now a Regional Agency Director for Everett & Associates in Dallas, TX.
Prior to joining Everett & Associates, he was a student athlete at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. After
graduating, Blake spent a year coaching and mentoring other collegiate student athletes.
He joined Everett & Associates for the opportunity to help business owners provide valuable benefits to their employees. Blake enjoys mentoring new leaders by providing systematic training. He is married to his wife, Chelsea, and they enjoy going on trips together.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Jonathan Ramos came to the United States in 2008 to pursue his passion for baseball. This passion led him to play for many different teams throughout the country; however, after a sports injury, his career with baseball came to a halt. While finishing his college education in Oklahoma, he met his wife, Kendra. She works alongside Jonathan as a Supervising Agent in the Dallas office.
Jonathan Ramos started his career with Everett & Associates in January of 2016. He joined Everett & Associates for the opportunity to help employees protect who they care about most – their families. Now as an Agency Director, Jonathan’s why has expanded to giving like minded individuals the same opportunity for entreprenurial success as Everett & Associates has given him and his wife.
